I'm up and still in pain. It will take about a week for my back to get better. Fixing bacon and eggs for breakfast. Then it is spring cleaning time.

Wow!! Got finished with the back yard, had grilled chicken and green beans for supper. Got my shower and on my way to church. I had a full day and that is good when you are trying to loose weight.

Just got back from the club. Got good info from trainer. Having homemade hamburgers and oven fries.
My work out was great. Had soup for lunch. Going back to the club at 2:00.
This morning started out great. God let me wake up to enjoy it. Had eggs for breakfast and will so be going to 24 hour to work out.

Another great day. I just had 1 egg and 2 egg whites for breakfast. Now I am going to 24 hour fitness for a good work out.

Morning services was great. Just had lunch of turkey roast, cooked carrots, and bean salad. Will be going back to second service at 1:30. I now have 6 friends that said the would do what ever it took to support me in my effort to loose 100 pounds. My thanks to everyone of them.
